Hoojoozat.com is designed to be “your friendly hotel provider”.  What we care about is to make booking online a pleasant experience where you can see hotel pictures and read information about the hotel and compare prices before you decide and make the reservation.

Before you book your hotel, you have to enter your search criteria and click the search button.

• Search criteria include: Country, Destination, dates and number of rooms needed.
• If you ask for 2 rooms, you will be asked to specify for each room how many adults and how many children will be accommodated, if a child will be sharing parents’ room you have to specify the child’s age.
• When you fill these details, click on the search button.
• You will have to wait for a couple of seconds depending on your connection, while hoojoozat.com is searching to give you the best rates and the highest availability of hotels.
• After this, you will get a list of available hotels. You can click to see the hotel facilities, room facilities or hotel information.
• You will get the room type with the board type, such as half board, full board, room only, etc…
• The price you see is the final price, of the whole stay for the selected room. No additional fees will be added.
• After choosing your hotel, click on book: the room will be added to basket. If you searched for 2 different rooms, you will have to click on the second room as well to add it to your basket just like you added the first one.
• Now the requested rooms are in your basket and with the total amount that you will have to pay. Click on confirm booking in order to move to the next step, where you fill your details.
• If you already registered, you can directly fill your username and password, to continue with the booking, otherwise you will be asked to register by filling some information about yourself. And then you can continue by filling the names of the people who will be accommodated and you can add special requests in the comment box.
• When you do so, you have to read the booking conditions and check the checkbox that confirms that you have read and accepted the booking conditions and click on the confirmation button.
• You will be asked to fill your credit card details, after doing so and when the operation is successful; you can view and print your voucher that you have to show to the hotel on check in time.
• After this, you can go to my area and check your previous bookings, cancel or modify them.
