What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?
A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.
We have two small children; can we get extra beds in the room?

If I have a special request for a room, how can I order it?
You can add your requests in the comments when confirming the booking, these requests are not 100% confirmed, this will depend on the hotel if he can provide it.
Are the rates on your website per person or per room?
All rates on the hoojoozat.com website are per room, and depending on the number of rooms requested. For example if your request is for 2 rooms, the price you can see is the total price for both rooms.
Sometimes when I move to the confirmation page, the price is slightly modified, why is that?
This is because hoojoozat.com checks again the price in the confirmation page to make sure we provide you the lowest rates.
Do I pay a reservation fee?
No, no reservation fees are charged.
Is breakfast included in the price?
It depends on the hotel, board type in mentioned next to each hotel; usually most of hoojoozat.com hotels include breakfast.
Are taxes included in the room rates?
All taxes and fees are included in the price, you will not be charged any additional fees, and the price you see in the results page is the final price.
Do you offer special discounts?
hoojoozat.com provides the best available rates for the dates of your stay. Sometimes we have discounted hotels or hotels with offer, you will be notified about such offers.
Can I use discount vouchers (e.g. issued by magazines, shops, etc.)?
No, via our website it is not possible. You will have to book through the organization issuing the voucher.
Why does hoojoozat.com need my credit card details?
Your credit card details are required to pay for your stay at the hotel, otherwise your reservation is not confirmed. In fact hoojoozat.com does not get your credit card details. It is automatically directed to our e-bank Audi.
What types of credit card can I use to guarantee the reservation?
MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
My credit card has been charged. How can I get a refund?
Send an e-mail to administration@hoojoozat.com and inform us about the problem, we will make sure to solve it in the best way.
I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
Yes this is possible through our local dealers. Send your request to administration@hoojoozat.com
Is it safe to fill in my credit card number? How secure is hoojoozat.com website?
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you have completed the reservation process, an instant confirmation will appear on your screen. It will show your reservation details as well as the voucher and the pro forma invoice. You have to print it out. Within a couple of minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing more information such as the hotel’s contact details and your reservation details. Therefore it is very important that you check that your e-mail address is correctly entered.
Why do I need the hotel voucher?
The hotel voucher is used to show it to the hotel when you check-in as a proof of your reservation.
I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
Do not panic, the hotel is confirmed when you can see the voucher.The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Also in some cases the confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". To make sure that your booking has been successfully confirmed, please send an email with your booking number and details to administration@hoojoozat.com

It is very important that you choose the hotel that fits you the best. We are proposing to you hundreds of hotels in each city. It is up to you to select the one that suits you more. You have to be aware that when you choose to select the cheapest price, you will not get the best hotel with the best services. It is up to you to choose to book the hotel or “its price”.

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
If you are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to let the hotel know in advance using the comments field in the confirmation page (in English or the language of the hotel if possible), or inform the hotel directly using the contact details you will find in your confirmation email.
How do I know if the hotel has parking facilities, kids playground…?
On the hotel facilities and details page, such information are mentioned.
What do I do when I have a question about the room or hotel?
We advise you to send an e-mail to administration@hoojoozat.com containing the name of the hotel, destination and the requested information.

How can I cancel or change my booking?
To cancel your reservation, log in using your username and password, go to "my area" and click on check bookings. You will see your booking, click on its details in order to cancel it or modify it.
Do I pay a cancellation fee?
The cancellation fees depend on each hotel. When you make the booking you will be informed about the cancellation policy of the hotel usually.
How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. And you can make sure by checking your area after logging in using your username and password. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to administration@hoojoozat.com
