On the 5th floor, guests will find the expansive hotel spa and health centre, ideal for calming the body and pampering the senses. Guests can reach new levels of well-being with an extensive range of treatments, partially derived from Mayan and Aztec rituals. The spa is a zen-like sanctuary with soothing aromas and mystical music. Treatments are performed by experts, using products selected in part for their ability to reproduce the climate and conditions of the Yucatan. Guests are invited to arrive 1 hour early to experience the 'Water Rituals' hydrotherapy circuit. The path leads from a series of heated and scented massage showers, down a water path of heated stones, and eventually outside to the spa therapy pool where guests can linger on an underwater massage chair overlooking the ocean until it is time for the appointment to begin. The spa also offers a sauna and steam bath. As well as the outdoor swimming pool and gym, there is also the Chocolate Bar where guests can relax with an endless supply of fine desserts and the Lounge's pool with sun loungers to immerse the senses in this sweet and seductive atmosphere.
